System access

MD Hub and the rest of the Observable Universe system stay closed for 90 days. After that, Clark may grant access at his discretion.

Launch-weekend response SLA

Nov 27–30: urgent demo / payment-failure replies inside 15 minutes during desk hours. Standard demos use next open 30-min slot on this calendar. Segment agendas land on every public book link from observableyou.com/book-demo.
